About the 'Write' To Grieve: A Gentle Journey Into Loss Workshop

Grief is a universal experience, often without a roadmap.

Through compelling writing suggestions and mindfulness-based exercises, The Write To Grieve offers a nurturing space to explore personal experiences of loss (death of a loved one, end of a relationship, declining health, and other major life changes).

Integrating different forms of writing (prose, poetry, journaling, letter-writing), this online workshop is for anyone who would like to explore writing as a path to insight and self-compassion. The sharing of written work during class is always optional.

*The class is limited to 25 participants on a first-come, first-served basis to encourage sharing and connection!*
