About the Course
Join AHP Artist-in-Residence Michelle Berberet for a weekly Expressive Writing Workshop via Zoom on Tuesdays: March 24 March 31 April 7 April 14 April 21 TIME: 11 AM-12 pm EDT The workshops will be about 60 minutes depending on the number of participants and how many choose to share. Why Writing? Studies show that putting your thoughts and feelings on paper can improve your wellbeing. Together we'll listen to a poem and then write whatever comes to mind for 10 minutes. There are no right answers and you don't need to worry about spelling or grammar. The workshop is an opportunity to listen to yourself and discover what may be upsetting you or what delights you. Participants are then invited to share what they wrote with this supportive group but are not required to. Who is this class for? You! This class is for anyone who wants to write in a supportive community. Accessibility Notes: Closed Captioning is available.
